Rosella Morabito was born and raised in New Jersey.
Ms. Morabito holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Seton Hall University where she graduated magna cum laude in three years. Ms. Morabito then graduated from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in White Plains, New York cum laude.
In law school, Ms. Morabito interned for several Superior Court Judges in the criminal, civil, and family divisions. Ms. Morabito also worked in her law school’s Legal Services Clinic where she advocated for clients seeking unemployment insurance and provided guidance to undocumented workers.
Upon graduating law school, Ms. Morabito clerked for the Honorable Linda E. Mallozzi, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County Family Division during the 2018 to 2019 term.
Since the completion of her clerkship, Ms. Morabito has handled various civil and family matters with a focus on divorces, child support, custody, and prenuptial agreements serving clients all over New Jersey. Ms. Morabito takes the time to listen and care about each client’s needs, and remains committed to achieving favorable outcomes.
Ms. Morabito is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and Mercer County Bar Association. In her free time, Ms. Morabito enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with her family.
